What we sell
Digital wedding planner files. Digital goods only, nothing is shipped.
Our sister store, Oureja Wedding, sells the printed binder separately.
Prices and currency
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, no membership fees and no charges added after purchase.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are entered directly on the checkout page and are never seen or stored by us.
The card brands we accept are shown at the bottom of every page. We take payment once, at the point of purchase. We do not store card details, we do not bill on a recurring basis, and we never charge a card again without a new order.
Delivery
Every product sold by Oureja Planner is a digital file. Nothing is shipped and no delivery address is required. Your files and setup instructions are sent to the email address you enter at checkout.
If your email has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will re-send it.
Where we sell
Because the products are digital, they are available to customers worldwide. All prices are charged in US dollars.
Refunds and cancellations
Digital files are delivered electronically, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once files have been sent. If a file will not open or download, or is not what your order confirmation says it should be, contact us within 30 days and we will re-send it, supply a working alternative, or refund you in full if we cannot deliver what you paid for.

Please contact us first at contact@ourejaplanner.com. Almost every problem is resolved within one business day, and we would much rather fix it directly than have you raise a dispute with your bank.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract.
