Getting set up in each format
- Printable PDF — print single- or double-sided on US Letter, punch it, and drop it into any binder.
- Google Sheets — you’ll get a link. Choose File → Make a copy to get your own editable version.
- Canva — you’ll get a template link. Click Use template to copy it into your Canva account. It works on the free plan.
- GoodNotes / iPad — download the file and open it in GoodNotes or Notability. The table of contents and timelines are hyperlinked, so you can tap straight to any section.
