These terms govern your use of the Oureja Planner store, operated by Oureja LLC, 271 W. Short St Ste 410 2900, Lexington, KY 40507, United States.

1. Digital products

All products sold here are digital files delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Product descriptions state which formats are included in each option.

2. Your licence

When you buy a planner from Oureja Planner you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own wedding or event. You may print as many copies as you need for your personal use, and share the files with your partner, your family and anyone helping to plan your day.

You may not resell, redistribute or sub-licence the files; share them publicly or upload them to file-sharing or template sites; claim authorship of them; or use them to produce goods or services for sale. All content remains the intellectual property of Oureja LLC.

3. Payment and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. Refunds

Digital sales are final. See our Refund policy for the full terms and for what happens if a file will not open.

5. Accuracy of the planner

The planner is a set of organisational templates. It is provided for general planning purposes and is not financial, legal or contractual advice. You are responsible for your own budgets, contracts and vendor arrangements.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the store and download links available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oureja LLC’s total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.
