Shipping policy

Oureja Planner sells digital products only. Nothing is printed, packed or shipped, and no shipping address or shipping fee is required at checkout.

How your files reach you

Your files are delivered two ways, immediately after payment: as download links on the order confirmation page, and by email to the address you entered at checkout. Delivery normally takes less than a minute.

If your email has not arrived

Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it still has not arrived within an hour, email contact@ourejaplanner.com with your order number and we will re-send it.

Download links

Download links stay valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Save your files somewhere safe once you have them.
